About Flock & Company Real Estate

Flock & Company Real Estate was founded in 2020 by Anne, Adam, and their mother, Peggy, originally as a real estate investment company focused on working with distressed property owners. During the early years, the company specialized in purchasing homes off market and navigating complex situations involving condition, timelines, and ownership challenges.

In 2021, after the passing of their mother, Anne and Adam continued the business while also handling her estate, including inheriting and managing her property. That same year, they also inherited their father’s property, giving them firsthand experience with the probate process from a family perspective—not just a professional one.

Over the past four years, Anne and Adam have built extensive experience working with inherited, distressed, and off-market properties. More recently, they recognized that many families could achieve greater value by listing their inherited homes rather than selling directly to investors. With a strong understanding of both sides of the transaction, they shifted their focus toward helping families sell inherited and probate properties through thoughtful, well-positioned listings.

Today, Flock & Company Real Estate combines real-world probate experience with deep market knowledge to help families navigate difficult property decisions with clarity, confidence, and respect.
